Winter Rose is a game created by myself and a team of 5 for a Traditional Game Development Class at the University of Utah. This game was made over the course of 16 weeks with around 8 sprints.
Production Role for Team of 5:
As a producer I set tasks with my team for 2 week sprints.
set up a Kanban Style list in Trello.
I sorted our Google Drive and Trello. This insured that my team could find the task were assigned for each sprint.
I scheduled meetings, online and in person, during each sprint.
set up a discord server for communication outside of meetings.
Created mock pipeline to help streamline production.
Artist Role (worked in Photoshop):
I created the concept and final look of the snowball character.
I painted the foregrounds for each level.
I helped make sure the art style was cohesive.
I painted the backdrop painting for the main menu.
